Dr. Kah-Wai Lin

Dr. Kah-Wai Lin is a landscape and travel photographer, documentary film producer, and photography educator, write and speaker based in New Jersey. Born in Malaysia, Dr. Lin has traversed the globe, lending his expertise to the field of medicine, earning both a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in medical science. After a successful research career at Princeton University, Dr. Lin followed his passion and transitioned into the world of professional photography. Today, he has led over 100 photo workshops, presented over 300 seminars worldwide, and has received over 200 awards globally. He receives the sponsorship from leading brands such as Phase One, NiSi, Fotopro, f-stop, FeiyuTech, Spiffy Gear, iwata-Tech, Red River Paper, BenQ, Cotton Carrier, and The Heat Company. Besides, he has served as the former Vice President of Photographic Society of America (PSA). Further, Dr. Lin has substantial social media following of over 300,000. In recognition of his invaluable contribution to the photographic community, he was awarded the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from a US Member of Congress.
